How long have you been a wealth advisor? For 19 years, I started my career with ScotiaMcLeod in 1997. I specialize in helping clients achieve the retirement lifestyle they imagined, knowing their income is maximized and their investments are professionally managed. You will find no one who will care more, or work harder to help you.
My best financial decision: Becoming financially literate and joining ScotiaMcLeod.
Most enjoyable part of my work: Helping clients succeed in building a better financial future for themselves and their family.
Background: I specialize in retirement income and estate planning. Clients love my disciplined investment process and the peace of mind a financial plan provides. I have over 35 years of successful business and investment management expertise. Professional designations include Professional Financial Planning and Level II Life Insurance.
I am actively involved in the local arts community and have been the past Governor and Chair of Fundraising for the Victoria Conservatory of Music. Passions include golf, skiing and travel.
My family: Married for over 32 years to Heather, owner of The Avenue Gallery in Oak Bay, with our two ragdoll cats Kato and Neko. Maybe Kato should have been called Kramer; he has that slide by you quickly, with the what just happened look on his face.
Making a difference: I mentor the University of Victoria Commerce students from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business. Teaching them how to develop lifelong knowledge and skills to succeed in business and life.
Coles Notes: Loving the Victoria lifestyle, Heather and I work hard, play hard and travel.
My Legacy: Leaving my clients and their families with a better financial future.
